The Gallery is a Grade 2 listed building, dating back to the 17th Century and has spacious, characterful rooms, all with modern en-suite and TV/DVD.   The Gallery has a four star classification by the English Tourist Board.

Thirsk is at the heart of 'Herriot Country', with the North York Moors National Park only 5 miles away to the east and the Yorkshire Dales National Park only a short drive to the west. Frequent local rail services to the heart of York.

Special rates for long stays and midweek breaks out of season.  There is a small library in the entrance hall with a good selection of DVDs as well as local interest books, walking books and local maps you are welcome to borrow during your stay. There is a free, well-lit car park only 100m from The Gallery.
