Lynton is set in a valley 500 feet above its twin village of Lynmouth with its picturesque harbour where the rivers of East and West Lyn meet the sea. Lee house is situated close to the centre of Lynton and the famous cliff railway that unites Lynton with Lynmouth.

 Spectacular views along the coast path and the Valley of the Rocks with its towering rock formations are only a short walk away together with a choice of pubs and restaurants for your evenings food and entertainment.

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation with comfortable well equipped rooms including a choice of four poster or balcony rooms.  All our guest rooms are comfortably furnished and have en-suite facilities with colour television, clock radio, hair dryer and a complimentary beverage tray. There is also a public lounge and terrace area at the front of the property where you can relax and enjoy a drink from our residents bar.
