Mellow Cotswold stone and the warmest of welcomes - Home Farm offers the opportunity to stay in a lovely English country home. Robin and Sylvie are justifiably proud of their beautiful home which is part of the estate owned by Robin's family for the past two hundred years.
Sylvie’s interior design background is evident in the inspired use of lovely furnishings throughout Home Farm, with large comfortable sofas in the sitting room to the more formal but elegant drawing room and dining room.
The country house accommodation includes several rooms including one bedroom with a spectacular four poster bed and all the bathrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable and boast televisions, tea trays and a luxury selection of soaps, shampoos and lotions for pampering after a days sightseeing in the Cotwolds, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
Sylvie is a superb cook and welcomes guests with tea and home made cakes on arrival, which can be followed by a delicious supper or dinner. For an alternative, there are also some excellent restaurants nearby.
Home Farm can be found at Little Barrington which is close to Burford in Gloucestershire close to the Oxfordshire county boundary. On the eastern edge of the Cotswolds, equidistant between Cheltenham and Oxford this is the ideal base for touring the region.
