Wake to the cry of gulls and the sight and sound of the sea. Trevalsa, Cornish for house on the cliff, was originally a grand seaside home, secluded within two and a half acres of sub tropical gardens. 

 

Understatedly elegant and stylish, with an eclectic mix of granite windows, oak panelling, rich fabrics and rugs reflecting the colours of Cornwall.

 

Most rooms have stunning sea views. Some are stylishly simple, others romantically glamorous. All with immaculate bathrooms, hospitality trays,  TVs and DVD players.

 

Trevalsa Court Restaurant offers really fresh fish, locally reared meat, fed only what is grown on the farm and locally made dairy products. With such an abundance of fine tasting local produce, we keep our menus simple but interesting. Meals may be eaten in our romantic, oak panelled restaurant with views over the gardens to the sea, or on warm days and evenings, on the terrace. 

 

An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, south Cornwall enjoys a wonderfully mild climate, early springs and late autumns.  Frosts are rare and even in mid winter there are bright, mild days, pleasant for walking.

 

Saunter along the Coast Path to the harbour as the boats bring home your supper. Wander through the Lost Gardens of Heligan, be amazed by the beauty of Caerhays Castle and its magnolias, or stunned by the scale of the Eden Project.
