Harptree Court is a beautiful Georgian country house built in 1797 and designed by the city architect of Bath. It is set in its own parkland which remains very much as it was when the house was built.
It is ideally situated for exploring Bath (14 Miles), Bristol (12 Miles), Wells (8 Miles) and the Mendip Hills. Why not arrive in time for our much complimented and entirely complimentary cream tea with homemade scones.
Our beautiful bedrooms all have their own character enhanced with fresh flowers and a welcoming fruit bowl, two rooms have ensuite bathrooms, the other bedroom has an adjacent private shower room or bathroom.
All rooms are fully equipped with current magazines, tea/coffee tray, television and either a video or dvd player.
The large light sitting room is reserved for the use of guests. It is south facing and boasts a good view over the the front gardens and shaped yew tree. It has comfortable sofas, a television and a table for games or work. A WiFi internet connection is available in this room.
Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room with outstanding views over parkland.
We have a tennis court and a croquet lawn which our guests are free to use.
