The Manse

This character property was originally built as a Presbyterian Manse in 1906 in the Arts & Crafts style, retaining many original features such as oak panelling and stained glass windows.

The accommodation at the Manse is spacious and light, and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere will ensure an enjoyable stay.

The Manse is located in a quiet part of Eastbourne, yet is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, theatres and South Downs. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do all within easy distance.

In the interest of guests' comfort & safety we are a non smoking establishment.

There are three spacious bedrooms all offering en-suite facilities, armchairs, TV (with multi-channel digital reception), radio/CD, tea & coffee, chiller, hair dryer and WiFi access.  There  is a sitting room, breakfast room and outside seating in the garden available for guests' use.

The south facing dining room is large and has a conservatory area. There are French doors leading to the rear garden where guests can relax with tea or coffee after breakfast.

There is a varied breakfast menu and daily papers are available.
