Homelea is a luxuriously decorated non-smoking establishment situated on the A28 road between the villages of Chilham and Chartham with beautiful views of the River Stour and only 3.5miles from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. We are a five minute walk from our local, serving excellent pub food.

Our master bedroom  is luxuriously decorated with a contemporary feel. There are leather chairs to relax in and it also has its own balcony. The ensuite is luxuriously equipped with an oversize  power shower, complete with directable body jets.  This room overlooks the riding school, (hence the name) and has beautiful views of the River Stour and North Downs Way.

We have magnificent tranquil views of the North Downs Way, where you can walk, fish, ride horses, or cycle. 

Stabling is available for your horse and if you have bikes, we can store them safely in our garage.  This is the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts, photographers and birdwatchers.

Breakfast is served in the guest dining room - we provide a full and varied breakfast which caters for all diets.  Fresh local produce is used where possible.

There is ample off road parking.  We are approximately 10 minutes walk from the train station and we would be happy to collect you if required.  Both the villages of  Chilham and Chartham are within walking distance, and in both villages there are pubs with restaurants.

You are free to say hello to our horses and free range chickens, walk around the garden or if it's a sunny day why not  admire the views with a cup of tea!
