Scotland Farm

Scotland Farm is a bed and breakfast situated in the very beautiful countryside of East Hampshire, a true Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  It is a quiet working beef farm on the edge of its own fields and woodland with wonderful views to the South Downs.

Guests will find a warm, friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere where they can escape from the pressures of the outside world and discover the calm of the countryside.

The newly converted and constructed bedrooms offer quality bed and breakfast accommodation independent from the farmhouse.  There are four guest bedrooms, offering a choice of ground floor accommodation for a maximum of six people.  The rooms are individually decorated and named after the farm's original 19th century field names.

Relax, sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or get up early take a walk around the farm, listen to the dawn chorus and return for a hearty English breakfast or the 'healthy option' - all served in the dining room with wooden beams, wonderful views and a log fire.

Guests are welcome to walk or picnic on the farm whilst enjoying the views and discovering the countryside.  Scotland Farm is close to the South Downs Way and Hangers Way, Gilbert White's Museum at Selborne, Jane Austens' House at Chawton, Winchester Cathedral, Chichester and the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth.

Scotland Farm has a four star silver grading from the English Tourism Council, plus a Gold Award for Green Tourism.
