Rhona and Tommy extend a warm welcome to guests both old and new at Maple Bank Country Guest House. Maple Bank is a magnificent Edwardian residence set in an acre of beautiful gardens near the town of Keswick, right in the heart of the Lake District National Park and close to all of its many facilities.

The House commands uninterrupted views across the Derwent valley towards the lofty Skiddaw and the smaller Latrigg and is ideally placed for walking, climbing, water sports, and other less strenuous activities like fishing or visiting local pubs and eateries!

We pride ourselves on the service we offer to guests and will try our utmost to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.  All our spacious guest rooms are ensuite, have plentiful wardrobe space, colour televison and tea and coffee making facilities.

We have plentiful free and secure parking for our guests' convenience allowing you to enjoy the local walks that are right on the doorstep! We also have the added advantage of secure cycle storage and a drying room for all your wet gear!
