Broadview is a quality, friendly, no smoking Guest House offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Ambleside in the heart of the English Lake District National Park. 

Alan & Sue are happily extending their hospitality to both regular and new visitors in this their 6th season. The first paying guests were taken at Broadview around 1956 and although Broadview has remained more or less unchanged, it offers the modern facilities and little extras you would expect to make your stay in the Lake District a special one.

Broadview is open all year and has 6 attractive letting rooms to suit all; from hardened walkers to weekend ramblers, from holiday makers to couples or friends just wanting that quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. 

Most rooms are en suite or have private facilities and some have lovely views through the dorma windows of Loughrigg Fell and the Langdales beyond.
 

There is plenty to read in the house including maps and guides to plan your days walk or ramble, along with plenty of tourist information if you fancy site-seeing or a scenic drive around.
