Honister House is an AA Four Star bed and breakfast (with a 'Best Breakfast Award') centrally located in Keswick's charming market town centre (just off Market Square) in the heart of the Lake District. Honister House  is one of Keswick's oldest and most attractive properties, dating back to the 18th Century. It contains a wealth of interesting features.

At Honister House we have three double rooms available all year round, "Catbells", "Blencathra" and "Causey Pike". All the rooms are ensuite and are tastefully decorated. Each room also has a flat screen TV/DVD with Lakeland DVD collection and a hospitality tray.

We have an extensive breakfast menu and aim to cater for all dietary requirements. We are also Vegetarian Society approved. Our hospitality trays include filter coffee, a range of teas and home made biscuits. Our facilities extend to WiFi connection (laptops not supplied) and secure cycle storage.

Being centrally located, many of Keswick's huge range of attractions, restaurants and pubs, are close by and we are only 5 minutes walk from the Lake, Derwentwater, and its famous 'Theatre by The Lake'. In addition, Keswick's charming Alhambra Cinema is only a short stroll away at the top of Derwent Street.  Keswick is a stop over point on the C2C cycling and walking routes.
