The accommodation is in an annexe to the main farmhouse, in a very quiet location on a working farm with sheep and baby pigs.

We offer two double rooms with en suite facilities and one twin with ensuite bath and shower.  All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and are furnished in a country home style to give a cosy, warm feel to the rooms.

There is a large comfortable lounge, solely for the use of guests with colour t.v, video, CD player and board games.  Full central heating, wood burner in winter.

Breakfast consists of all home cooking, using our own meat produced on the farm, fresh vegetables and eggs picked daily. Evening meals are available and we have a large garden available for barbeques.

There are plenty of walks around the farm and surrounding area with a good network of footpaths. Close to Sandringham, Oxburgh Hall and the Coast. There is Bird watching at restored gravel workings in the village.
