Grendon is a luxury five star bed and breakfast, offering the very best of all elements that make for a memorable visit

Our ethos is to give you the very best in comfort, quality and care, wish we could organise the weather too! and that you will feel very much better for your Grendon break.

Grendon was built in 1913 reflecting the "Arts and Crafts" style. There is an ambience of beauty and tranquility as soon as you step inside! The 1 acre gardens, which guests are welcome to discover and enjoy, overlook the Cavendish golf course with distant views to the Peak District hills.

It is essentially a family home which your hosts, Colin and Hilary Parker feel privileged to share with you,we place great emphasis on guest care and comfort in a welcoming environment.

We have five wonderfully spacious rooms for you to relax, sit and sleep in. The premium here is on maximum comfort: comfy beds so many of our guests praise, lovely fluffy towels in the immaculate bathrooms, lots of period features and touches.

All bathrooms have Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, and each room, air-tight jars of coffee, sugar and biscuits, and fresh milk if you’d like it! The rooms have plenty of radiators, so you’ll always have plenty of warmth when you need it.

The guest lounge enjoys a beautiful outlook to the garden, and winter visitors enjoy the real log fire. There is access to the balcony, where we serve teas and drinks in the summer, there are books and
games to entertain!
