Pear Tree Farm is traditionally built, with all the features one expects of a Derbyshire farmhouse, yet with the full range of modern amenities expected by international tourists, including internet access.
We have a range of ensuite accommodation for you to choose from. Two of these rooms are situated on the ground floor with facilities for the disabled and wheel chair access.
Pear Tree Farm has a spacious cosy guest lounge with a traditional wood burning stove. Enjoy your chosen activity during the day, and relax in the large lounge after the evening meal. Sit beside a log fire and soak up the social atmosphere. We offer a BBQ by arrangement with gazebo if needed.
Our car park is off road and secluded. If you are a group and wish to use the art studio which overlooks Lea Brook, please ask when booking if this is available (at an extra cost). The Art Studio is a 20 ft x 30 ft wood building with tables and chairs (seats 15 people).
For breakfast, you can look forward to traditional hearty English food with full and half board available. Special diets by arrangement. We can also provide special dinner/house parties, ably assisted by guest Chef, Andy Baston.
