Gringley Hall is a high quality Bed and Breakfast establishment situated in one of the most picturesque villages in North Nottinghamshire. Dulce and Ian Threlfall have been welcoming guests into their home since 1999 and have a reputation for their excellent hospitality, cuisine and accommodation.
The four bedrooms are all large, comfortable and modern, one with an enormous four-poster and the others with super king-size beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the remaining two a private shower room.
All rooms have TV, radio, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. We also provide a free wi-fi service for all guests.
Breakfast is a relaxed affair taken around the big dining table. It consists of fresh fruits/juice/yoghurts and a traditional English breakfast using good local produce, together with home-made breads and preserves.
Dinners are available by prior arrangement. A good selection of home-grown vegetables are used whenever possible and Gringley Hall has a wine licence. Private dinner parties for up to 18 can be catered for, as well as conferences, team building and training days, birthdays and anniversaries etc.
Gringley-on-the-Hill is close to Doncaster, Retford and Gainsborough. Doncaster/Sheffield (Robin Hood) Airport is 20 minutes away, whilst it is a 30 minutes drive to Lincoln. Sheffield, Nottingham, York and Leeds are all approximately one hour's drive away.
