The White Horse Overstrand is a family-owned AA four star Inn. A traditional village pub with a difference, offering luxury accommodation, a first class restaurant serving top quality cuisine and a well-stocked bar. Excellent service and facilities guaranteed.

We are situated on the North Norfolk coast in the unspoilt village of Overstrand, about 200 yards from the beach. We  are 5 minutes from The Royal Cromer Golf Club, 15 from the course at Sheringham and about a half an hours drive, along the coast from The Royal West Norfolk.

Every room has been freshly refurbished and all are individually styled, well-equipped, and comfortable. We take a pride in keeping each room cleaned to a high standard.  Alarm calls, and newspaper delivery can be arranged, on request, as can room service and packed lunches. We keep a library of Tourist Information leaflets, maps and guides to help you make the most of your stay.

We welcome families, and have two family rooms and a pair of adjoining rooms. We have cots, high chairs and baby changing facilities. There is a large Beer Garden, with children's play equipment, as well as a Pool Room.

Head Chef, at the White Horse Overstrand, takes pride in all the food he prepares, using locally sourced produce, each dish is cooked to your individual order. We are also very proud that within our first year of trading we were  shortlisted for the Best Pub Food category of the EDP Awards 2008 and we have recently been awarded a Rosette by the AA for the quality of our Food.

The National Trust Properties at Blickling and Felbrigg are close by as are the Norfolk Broads. Pensthorpe, Thursford and Holkham are all within easy driving distance, as is the historic City of Norwich, with it's beautiful Cathedral, and Norman Castle.

We are set in an area of true natural beauty, with many quaint Norfolk Villages and Market Towns to explore. Make the walk to Cromer along the Cliff Top path part of your itinerary, there is much to do and see in this bustling seaside town, and don't miss the Show on The Pier!
