St Annes Guest House is a Victorian house, made of traditional carrstone and still retains many original features.
It is situated in the quiet seaside village of Heacham 3 miles south of Hunstanton on the West coast of Norfolk, where you will be able to see spectacular sunsets, as this is the only east coast resort facing west.
The house offers a relaxed informal atmosphere ensuring guests a peaceful enjoyable break. A friendly welcome awaits you with a cup of tea or coffee on arrival.
We are able to offer single, double, twin or family accommodation. All rooms have thermostatically controlled heating, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radios, hairdryers, colour televisions, shaver points and well appointed tea trays.
There is a guest lounge where you can relax in the evenings and watch TV. At breakfast in our bright airy dining room there is a choice of cereals, fruit and juice, also traditional English cooked breakfast using local produce where possible, or options from our breakfast menu. All served with homemade bread, jam or marmalade.
St Anne's is a good location for visiting many of the attractions in Norfolk. There are stately homes such as Sandringham House. Holkham Hall is another fine house to visit, just a few miles around the coast. Holkham is also famous for it's stunning beaches approached through the Pine Woods.
For the more adventurous sailing, windsurfing. kite-surfing and water-skiing can be found along the coast on a number of Norfolk's superb beaches or estuaries.
