This beautiful Norfolk bed and breakfast is set in the picturesque village of Hickling. If you are looking for accommodation for a group of friends we can accommodate up to 25 people and regularly have families and friends book the whole venue for birthday and anniversary celebrations.

The Dairy Barns are part of Lound Farm, a working family farm, owned and run by Hannah and Ian Deane. The farm covers 360 acres of environmentally managed grazing marshes and arable land.

We love welcoming people to our home and pride ourselves in offering a warm welcome to everyone, and do everything possible to help you enjoy you stay with us.

 

We have six rooms and 3 suites. The standard rooms can be all twin or 3 twin and 3 double. All standard rooms are on the ground floor and two have adjoining doors so can be booked as a family suite.

 

Each room is very spacious and offers excellent en-suite facilities and extremely comfortable twin or Super King size Beds. You will enjoy the important finishing touches including fluffy robes, chocolates on your pillow, fresh flowers and more.

 

Our coastal themed guest lounge is a comfortable place to relax in the evening or on a rainy day with a selection of good books, board games, wine glasses and a corkscrew!

 

There is an enclosed garden and large courtyard for your enjoyment. We have a number of garden games, including giant chess, which can be enjoyed by all the family
