Church Farm Barn is an award winning bed and breakfast situated in the tranquil North Norfolk countryside. Less than 2 miles from the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast and with easy access to the Norfolk Broads. At Church Farm Barn, we have three double rooms available for bed and breakfast and we also offer optional evening meals.

 

With the Cathedral City of Norwich less than 20 miles away, shopping trips, history and entertainment are all within easy reach. The local Norfolk roads are part of the Quiet Lanes scheme which ensures safe, excellent walking and cycling.

 

There are plenty of Nature Reserves and National Trust houses in the area, or if you prefer something a little more active, there are numerous golf courses and racing can be found at Great Yarmouth and Fakenham.

 

Bed and breakfast is offered in the main barn in 3 large, double rooms each with their own luxury en-suite bathroom facilities.

 

 In addition to the flat-screen televisions, each bedroom has a variety of specialist teas and coffees, a selection of fruit, chocolates and biscuits, and fresh milk is supplied each day.  All bedrooms also come with bathroom robes, slippers and a range of quality toiletries.

 

Guests are welcome to use the stunning lounge with its beamed, vaulted ceiling and galleried landing above. The lounge offers Sky television whilst the galleried landing looks across the local landscape: both perfect places to relax.

 

Choose from a full English or Continental breakfast using local produce. Enjoy our own freshly-made bread each morning.

If you prefer self-catering in North Norfolk, you can book Arthur's Cottage (last photo shown). The cottage offers child-friendly accommodation (cot, high chair and stairgates are available), but is equally suitable for that romantic short break for two.
