Seven Acres is an ideal base for exploring the Broads, the North Norfolk heritage coast, Norwich and for visiting Norfolk’s many stately homes and gardens.

Built at the end of the Edwardian era, Seven Acres House with its adjoining self-catering cottage, Pippins, is surrounded by seven acres of private grounds and woodland in the early stages of development as a garden.

 

We offer two charming spacious south-facing guest bedrooms with views over the grounds and surrounding countryside – a double with en suite bath/shower and a twin-bedded (or can be a large double bed) room with en suite shower room. Both are attractively furnished and well equipped, including flatscreen television with Freeview.

 

A traditional full English breakfast is served in the bright south-facing morning room. With an eye on quality, we endeavour to support small local producers and suppliers when sourcing our breakfast ingredients.

Set in a peaceful rural location up a little country lane, Seven Acres is close to the picturesque village of Coltishall on the western edge of the Norfolk Broads, eight miles from Norwich. We offer high quality accommodation in the house if you wish to stay on a bed and breakfast basis or in Pippins if you prefer the self-catering option.
